Annual Core Training:
One 28-minute awareness course delivered once per year. Story-driven, self-paced, and completed within a 30-day window. Certificates issued for all staff.

Monthly Snippet Stories:
Twelve short, animated videos (2 minutes or less) released throughout the year. Each snippet features a relatable character who fell for a real local scam—and shares the key lessons learned. These micro-stories keep awareness alive and sharpen instincts month after month.
